Steve Carrington pastors the United Pentecostal Church in Farmington, New Mexico for the past eleven years.  He and his wife, Sheila have two daughters, Brittany 18 and Larissa 16.  Steve has served the Texaco District as the Youth President, Apostolic Man director, Sectional Presbyter.  He presently is serving the Texaco District as the District Secretary.
