Born and raised in the United Pentecostal Church, Rev. Brian A. Allard currently pastors a thriving church in Delano, California. Following his time spent in Africa as a missionary, Pastor Allard joined the pastoral staff of Apostolic Gospel Church in February 1982 and became senior pastor April 1994. In addition to pastoring, he serves as Chaplain for the Kern County Sheriff Department. He is also a graduate of Cal State University Bakersfield where he pursued studies in Psychology. Along with these studies, he also obtained license with ICISF (International Critical Incident Stress Foundation) and responds to national and international crisis as a counselor. His long term goal is to someday open a mind, body, soul clinic where clergy can spend a week each year to obtain physicals, clear their mind, and refresh their soul.
Pastor Brian Allard married his long-time sweetheart, Jana Wilson Allard, in 1979. Along with her duties as pastor’s wife, she is a recording artist and has served on the United Pentecostal Church Western District Ladies Committee since 1995. They have three children, Bryce, Blake, and Bryn-Anika and a cute doggy named Sparkles.
Brian and Jana Allard have been part of the UPCI all of their life. Brian is the son of former missionary, Edward Allard, and Jana is the daughter of the late esteemed, Pastor Paul F. Wilson. Brian has pastored in Delano, CA since 1981, and became senior pastor in 1994. The Apostolic Gospel Church in Delano, CA is a great and thriving revival church.
